IONA Technologies, a software computer company founded tin Trinity College, Dublin, is to move its headquarters to Pembroke House, a modern office building at Pembroke Street Dublin 2. The company will be paying a rent of around £15.50 per square foot for the 16,250-square-foot building and £1,100 for each of the 21 car-parking spaces.

Pembroke House was developed more than three years ago by Ryde International and G & T Crampton when the office market was in the doldrums. Crampton has since acquired the building.

Iona has a staff of 100 and its products are used to develop other software technology.

Palmer McCormack is handling the letting for Crampton. Hamilton Osborne King is acting for Iona.
