SEVERAL lettings have been agreed at the Airport Business Park, a large speculative office and warehouse development which is under construction close to Dublin Airport. A detached building of 17,000 square feet has been pre-let to DIVA Solutions, a US-based computer company which is locating its European headquarters there. The first 80,000 square feet of space in the park is occupied by Neptune Freight and another unit of 20,000 square feet has also been pre-let to an air freight distribution company. A further building of 7,000 square feet has been sold off the plans to an occupier.

Paul McNeive of Hamilton Osborne King says that much of the 60,000 square feet of space due to be completed before Christmas is under negotiation at rents of £6 per square foot and selling prices of £60 per square foot.

The early success of the park is attributed to its strategic location close to the entrance of Dublin Airport. It is a few minutes drive from the Northern Cross motorway
