The Stillorgan Park Hotel in Dublin, currently being extended at a cost of £3 million, has been awarded the AA four-star classification and the Excellence Ireland Hygiene Mark. Next November, it is to open a 500-seat conference and banqueting hall. A further 30 bedrooms are to be added to bring the overall number up to 130.
