Inchicore village is the location for a new apartment complex by Fabrizia Development being launched off the plans today through agents Hooke and MacDonald.

Station House is a development of 41 one, two and three-bedroom apartments adjoining the well-established Tramyard complex.

Launched late last year, The Tramyard has proved very popular with 180 of the 200 apartments already sold, mainly to owner-occupiers and first-time buyers.

Station House is located at the entrance to The Tramyard, which is set on the banks of the Camac River.

Apartments in the complex are priced from £119,950 (€152,305) for one-bedroom units and £145,000 (€184,112) for two-beds. All 41 apartments will be available for sale off the plans from today.

Show apartments can be inspected in the adjoining Tramyard development as the Station House units will be identical in size and design.

Retail units will occupy the street-facing ground-floor level. The five-storey Station House will occupy a prominent position in the village. Construction work is at an advanced stage.

Of a total of 41 apartments there are 20 two-beds, 18 one- beds and three three-bedroom units. Secure parking is provided in an underground car-park.

The two-bedroom apartments have 650 sq ft of floor space. There is a separate kitchen with high-quality fitted kitchen units and wall tiling as per show-apartments. There is a balcony off the sittingroom. Heating is storage Gold Shield low-cost electric and windows are double-glazed PVC.
