Site at Cork's Euro Business Park sold for €1.2 million

Lisney has secured around €1.2 million for a one-hectare development site at the Euro Business Park at Little Island, Cork. The land is zoned for warehouse and industrial uses. The park is located on the eastern fringes of Cork city with immediate access to the city's road network. Edward Hanafin of Lisney is marketing a number of other sites at the park.
