RYANAIR has paid £2 million for a 12-year-old office block, Phoenix House, at Conyngham Road, Dublin 8. Most of the 42,000-square-foot building will be occupied by Ryanair's new tele-marketing company and the remainder will be sub-let after it has been refurbished. AIB Investment Managers sold the block, which was built by PMPA and subsequently occupied by Sullivan Bluth and later Screen Animation. Phoenix House has two lifts and parking for 45 cars.
