PRICE reductions are everywhere these days. News this week comes that Lisney is offering Ashley on Adelaide Road, in Glenageary, Co Dublin, for sale at €1.95 million, a 22 per cent drop on the €2.5 million that was sought at a failed auction in April.

Meanwhile in Co Kildare, Coonan Real Estate Alliance has sold the 175-acre Herbertstown Stud to Seamus Burns of Lodge Park Stud in Co Kilkenny, for a figure believed to close to the asking price of €3m. The stud is 4 miles from both Naas and Celbridge.
