Location: Former Dunlop Centre, Hatch Street Upper, Dubln 2. Proposed development: Ten-year planning permission for development to consist of the removal of the existing DIT School of Music building, the former Dunlp building and adjoining industrial buildings, the retaining wall and railings along Hatch Street Upper and the single storey building at 3-9 Hatch Street Upper.
