A site with planning permission for 18 apartments at Roebuck Road, Clonskeagh, Dublin 6, is expected to make over £2 million when it is auctioned on March 8th through Spain Courtney Doyle.

The site was formerly occupied by Donegal Design and has planning for a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 516 to 1,200 sq ft.
