TWO WELL-KNOWN names in the property business have come together to form a new agency with offices on Leeson Street in Dublin. Joe Beirne (left in photo), formerly a partner in Sherry FitzGerald Lewis Beirne, and Wade Wise, who previously headed up the residential department of Savills (formerly HOK Residential) have opened Beirne Wise.
With a combined 50 years experience in the property game, the pair are hoping to capitalise on a new generation of tech-savvy buyers and sellers from their new premises at 1A Upper Leeson Street.
According to Wise, the agency will offer “a unique ‘client login’ facility whereby clients can access their files online 24 hours a day, allowing vendors to monitor their sales campaign and track their progress through to completion, including such detail as web hits, viewing updates and comments, the numbers of brochures sent online or by post, etc”.
