THE offices of the Irish Civil Service Building Society fronting on to O'Connell Bridge in Dublin 2 have been sold prior to auction for over £3 million. The 25,0000-square-foot block opens on to both Westmoreland Street and D'Olier Street but does not have car-parking. It was sold by the Bank of Ireland as part of a major rationalisation programme. Gunne acted for the bank.
