One of the best-known wine shops in south Dublin, O'Brien's Fine Wines, at Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock, Co Dublin, is expected to make in excess of £700,000 when it is auctioned by Hamilton Osborne King, on April 22nd. The shop is located close to the Blackrock bypass and occupies a high-profile location. The zoning for the area will allow the opening of a bar, restaurant, shop, offices or residential scheme. About 700 sq ft on the ground floor is in retail use, while the upper floors are used for residential purposes.
