This weekend’s viewings include a bungalow beside Malahide castle, an unusual semi-detached house in Ranelagh and a three-bed in popular Ballsbridge Wood

LISNEY has cut the price of The Moorings, a large seven-bedroom house on Merrion Road, Dublin 4 from €4 million to €2.9 million. The house, which is being sold on the order of Bank of Ireland, The property was once rented out to officials from the Chinese embassy and is large enough for the biggest of families at over 4,000sq ft.
