Cluttons estate agents in Majorca is handling the sale of 39-year-old Kenna’s home.

With views over Palma Bay and the Bendinat golf course, it has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and a double garage. All the rooms, upstairs and downstairs, have outstanding sea views. The villa has a 68sq m (732sq ft) swimming pool plus barbecue area.
