Donaghmede: from €190,000 A show apartment is opening this weekend to mark the launch of the Priory Hall development through HOK Residential at Donaghmede in Dublin 13.

A small number of one-bedroom units, with around 49sq m (526sq ft) of space, are available with prices from €190,000. The majority of the development consists of two-bedroom apartments with around 63sq m (683sq ft) of living space with prices from €240,000 to €249,000. Two-bedroom duplexes with 89sq m (962sq ft) cost from €288,000 and 90sq m (964 sq ft) three-bedroom duplexes cost from €290,000.

Priory Hall is on Hole-in-the-Wall Road and sits between Balgriffin and Capital North. It is around 10kms from the city centre, and the M50 and Dublin Airport are just down the road. Malahide village and Portmarnock are very close. The village of Donaghmede is serviced by bus routes and is close to Dart stations at Sutton, Howth and Kilbarrack.

All 188 apartments in Priory Hall will be on offer this weekend. The units are distributed among 19 four and five-storey blocks. There will be around eight units in each block.

Each unit is dual aspect and is fitted out to a high standard, with fitted wardrobes in all units, floor and wall tiling in the main bathroom and en suite, chrome shower doors, decorative coving in hallways and sittingrooms and generous balconies with apartments and duplexes.

Each unit comes with one designated underground car-parking space. The scheme is designed by Oppermann Associates and developed by Coalport Ltd. The entire development is due to be completed by April 2006, according to the agent.
