Luxury apartments planned for Queen's Square

A new development of luxury apartments is planned for the junction of Victoria Street and Queen's Square, in Belfast, following a £12 million sterling deal between Morrisson Homes and Aero Properties. "Queen's Square" will be an eight-storey building with 92 units. The first phase is due to be completed by summer 2001 and prices are expected to range from £90,000 to £200,000.
