Mobile phone retailer Person To Person has paid a premium of £50,000 for the All Rooms kiosk at Nutgrove Shopping Centre in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14. The 800 sq ft unit is rented at £30,000 per annum. Palmer McCormack is now selling the trader's existing external unit at the shopping centre. Key money of around £25,000 is being sought for the unit which is rented at £24,000.
