IRISH Life has paid about £5.9 million for the newly developed Coolock Business Park, Dublin 5, in a deal which will produce a yield of 7.75 per cent. Woodies is the anchor tenant in the 60,000-square-foot complex, which was developed over a year ago by David Arnold and is now producing rents of £480,000. Woodies is paying £290,000 per annum and the other. tenants are Class Furniture with a rent of £90,000 and Pet Shop and Cash Converters at £50,000 each.
