DUBLIN 15: FROM €335,000
NEW show apartments will be on view this weekend at The Crescent in Ashtown, Dublin 15. Savills HOK is selling the last dozen apartments at Capel Developments' scheme, which forms part of a major new residential area called Rathborne that sits between the Tolka Valley and the Royal Canal beside Ashtown train station in northwest Dublin.
Close to 70 apartments have been sold at the scheme since the developer cut prices in December 200. Prices have not changed since then. Two-bedroom apartments are priced from €335,000 and penthouse apartments cost from €675,000.
DUBLIN 13: FROM €239,000
TWO showhouses open this weekend at The Coast, a major scheme taking shape at the former racecourse in Baldoyle, Dublin 13. A total of 360 homes have been sold in the development, located between Baldoyle Estuary and Grange Road, and it is envisaged that there will be about 1,600 homes when the scheme is complete.
Prices start at €239,000 for a one-bedroom apartment in Myrtle Village. Three-bedroom duplexes at Red Arches are priced from €385,000 and four-bed townhouses are from €489,000. A new Dart station is due to open in the autumn of 2009. The selling agent is Sherry FitzGerald.
