Hooke & MacDonald also reported a very positive response last weekend to its launch of homes on the edge of the championship Mount Wolseley golf course at Tullow, Co Carlow. A total of 17 apartments and houses valued at £2 million were sold over the weekend when show units opened for the first time.
Prices ranged from £99,000 to £110,000 for three-bedroom apartments and from £125,000 to £135,000 for three-bedroom houses.
