Green plans office block at Blanchardstown

With office sites particularly scarce in Dublin city centre, Green Property has decided to use part of its huge site in Blanchardstown for an office scheme. The company is due to lodge a planning application this week for an 11-storey office block over a basement car-park with a total floor area 110,000 sq ft.
