Glasnevin housing site sells for £1m-plus

Douglas Newman Good has secured in excess of £1 million for two adjoining houses at 154 and 156 Botanic Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 9, and a development site at the rear. Builders Terry Roche and Shay Boland are to convert the houses into nine apartments and develop 10 mews houses at the rear.
