The Industrial Development Authority has chosen Carlow as one of their strategic towns in the south east region.

There are two house types in the scheme - both spacious at 1,700 sq ft to 1,800 sq ft respectively.

The former is £179,950 (€228,536) while the latter is from £199,950 (€239,940).

They have half-brick facades, cobblelock driveways, natural gas central heating and Shaker-style kitchens. Both have four bedrooms and garages.
