Freight company CMC moves into Airways Industrial Estate

A 48,000 sq ft warehouse with over 1,600 sq ft of offices at the entrance to the Airways Industrial Estate near Dublin Airport has been let to international freight company CMC (Ireland) Ltd at a rent of £265,000 - the equivalent of £5.31 per sq ft. Formerly occupied by MFI and Irish Express Cargo, the unit was acquired last year by Green Property Company. Harrington Bannon acted for Green and Jones Lang LaSalle advised CMC.
