Co Wexford: from €355,000:A small scheme of family homes in Craanford village, Co Wexford, come to the market this weekend.

An tOileán is a scheme of 22 homes in the pretty village which is five minutes west of Gorey along the Carnew Road.

Built by local firm Lask River Developments, it features large family orientated homes with a high standard of finish.

Nine houses will be released in this phase with prices from €355,000 for three-bed terraced homes of 118sq m (1,270sq ft). Three-bed semis of the same size cost from €365,000. Four-bed detached homes of 200sq m (2,150sq ft) are from €550,000.

All houses feature natural stone facade, slate roofs, double glazed timber windows and granite sills. Inside, the homes have fitted kitchens, carved timber stairs, surround-sound wiring, and floor tiling in bathrooms and kitchens. Attics have been floored and come with a Stira stairs and Velux window.

An tOileán is within walking distance of all village amenities including a new supermarket, church, playschool, primary school, GAA pitch and pub. It is also beside an attractive riverside park with play areas. Developers John Murphy and Michael Doyle established Lask River Developments with the aim of developing the village of Craanford. The company's first scheme, Baile Thiobóid, was launched last year.
