Consolidation in the estate agency industry continued apace this week as DNG put its handsome headquarters at 30 Leeson Park, Ranelagh, Dublin, on the market for €2.5 million.
No doubt all of DNG’s expertise will be brought to bear in ensuring this 372sq m (4,000sq ft) period building gets its price. Situated at the corner of Leeson Park and Northbrook Road, it is currently in offices, but can readily convert back for residential use.
The move will see DNG relocate later this year to Trinity Street in Dublin city centre, where it already occupies the ground and basement floors of the building which is its city residential branch. The upper floors are soon to become vacant.
