EIRCELL has taken short-term letting of 6,700 square feet of office space in the Marsh and McLennan company premises at 10/11 South Leinster Street, Dublin 2. The company will be paying a rent of around £14 per square foot for the space on two floors of the second-generation office building. The Eircell operation will eventually be relocated to a new building in Clonskeagh.
