An Bord Pleanala has cleared the way for a 126-bedroom hotel at Old Dun Leary Hill, Longford Hill, Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin. The six-storey over part basement hotel is to be developed by Brookman Town Homes, which up to now specialised in short-term lettings of houses in south Dublin.
The Office of Public Works has lodged a planning application for three self-contained office buildings of three and four storeys a over car-park at 23/24 Talbot Street. The plan also includes a four-storey building at the rear of 28 Marlborough Street to link up with the Department of Education.
M. Cullen of Claremount Road, Dublin 18, has secured planning permission to develop 114 one and two-bedroom apartments and an underground car-parking at 28/31 Conyngham Road, Inchicore, Dublin 8.
