An industrial site of three-quarters of an acre at Pottery Road, Dun Laoghaire, is expected to make between £250,000 and £300,000 when it is sold by tender on March 18th by James Adam. The site adjoins office buildings occupied by the National Roads Authority. The same agency is quoting £400,000 to £500,000 for the Laurels petrol filling station at Monastery Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, which is also to be sold by tender on March 18th. The freehold filling station sold over two million gallons of petrol in the past year.
