A subsidiary company of Credit Italiano, Euro Plus Management, has leased one of the last office units in the Custom House Plaza at Dublin's International Financial Services Centre. The company has taken a lease of 11,810 sq ft and 13 car parking spaces in Plaza 3, where the other tenants include Maxol Oil and NCM. Rents of £27.50 per sq ft generally apply in the Custom House Plaza, but it is understood that Credit Italiano has settled on a higher rent to reflect a break option at the end of the 15th year.

Car parking spaces cost £1,500 per annum. McCabe Crisp and Partners advised the Italian company, which is to relocate 22 bank personnel from Milan to Dublin. Lisney, marketing agents for the development, report that there is now only 6,366 sq ft of space available and this is currently under negotiation.
