A guide price of £2 million has been put on The Grange, Newcastle, Co Wicklow, a 365-acre farm with land running down to the sea that will be auctioned by Jackson-Stops & McCabe on May 25th. Located a mile from Newcastle and 25 miles from Dublin, the coastal farm includes a period farmhouse, an old quadrangle courtyard, and several modern outbuildings.
It will be sold in one or several lots, according to selling agent Marcus Magnier, with the four-bedroom house and outbuildings and 12 acres available as one lot. The land includes some woodland and bog-land with an established wildfowl shoot but the vast majority of it is arable farmland.
