One of the most interesting Dublin city centre buildings to be offered for sale this year is a well-located premises opposite the entrance to the Westbury Hotel, off Grafton Street. The two-storey over basement building has 26,000 sq ft and was built in 1880 by Dublin Corporation for its architects' department and weights and measure office. It has frontage on to Harry Street, Balfe Street and Chatham Lane, off which there is vehicular access to a small yard.

The building, which is likely to be of interest to a lot of developers, is to be sold by tender through Dublin Corporation on May 22nd.
