A GENT Davin and Co is in negotiations to sell the leasehold interests in two of Dublin's busiest restaurants after they were withdrawn at auction last week. Blakes of Stillorgan had a turnover last year of almost £2 million while its sister restaurant, Blakes of Whitehall, exceeded £1.5 million. The Stillorgan complex includes three restaurants and 150 car-parking spaces. Two of the restaurants let to other companies provide £90,000 of the total rent of £209,000. The Whitehall restaurant is rented at £90,000 per annum.
