HEATONS'S new franchise business, BhS, is to open a flagship unit at the Jervis Shopping Centre in Mary Street, Dublin 1. The store will have almost 22,000 square feet at first-floor level, and it is understood the firm will be paying a rent of about £350,000 per year.

Larry Brennan of Hamilton Osborne King said yesterday that virtually all the space on the first floor was now reserved. The remaining units would be suitable for small businesses. Hugh Markey of Lisney acted for BhS.
