Stefan Foster is quoting a guide price in excess of £750,000 for O'Briens Sandwich Bar and the adjoining Spectra Photo premises. O'Briens is paying a rent of £12,000 per annum and the rent is due to be reviewed next year. Spectra is paying £20,000 a year and the first floor is let to Pembroke Publishing at a rent of £6,760.
