Baggot Inn to be redeveloped

The Fitzgerald group has sought planning permission to demolish the Baggot Inn at 143 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2. The new development will have a bar/lounge with entrance lift at ground floor as well as a lobby and lift to offices fronting on to Rodgers lane. The existing basement would include a new kitchen, staff changing facilities, cold stores ancillary storage facilities, an entertainment venue and public toilets. The first floor would have open plan offices and plant room.
