Andersen confirms letting at Grand Canal Plaza

Andersen Consulting has confirmed that it is to lease 48,000 sq ft of new office space at Grand Canal Plaza, Grand Canal Street, Dublin 4. The rent is likely to be just over £22 per sq ft or the block, which will be completed before the end of the year. The lease almost certainly includes a break clause for Andersen, which will be hiring a further 350 people. It already has 300 personnel employed by firm's consulting practice.

Tony O'Loughlin of Jones Lang Wootton handled the letting. Two earlier block at Grand Canal Plaza have been let to a computer company, Visio, and Ocean, the telecommunications company.
