SALES RESULTS:LISNEY HAS sold a large detached house at Nutley Road in Donnybrook, Dublin 4, which was withdrawn from auction last month.
The six-bedroom house at 12/14 Nutley Road occupies a rare double site of just under half an acre. Prior to auction in early October it had an AMV of €4.5 million but is believed to have been sold for well under €4 million in private negotiations.
