Abbey Street shop aiming to sell for £750,000-plus

A two-storey retail premises at 39 Upper Abbey Street, Dublin 1, is expected to sell for around £750,000 when it goes to auction on June 13th through Pembroke McDonnell. The premises has 1,000 sq ft at street level and 500 sq ft overhead.
