HARRINGTON Bannon is quoting £750,000 for a redevelopment site in a tax designated area at Talbot Street, Dublin 1. The parcel of land covers an area of 25,800 square feet with frontage on to both Talbot Street and Foley Street. It has a split zoning, which would allow a range of developments including hostel, residential, small scale manufacturing, an enterprise centre and office use.
