The land was sold by John Tansey and Oliver Sheehy of Western Investments, who have developed the business park. The site is bounded on the north by the Camac river, to the south by Irish Food Services, to the west by the M50 and to the east by the Nangor Road/Oak Road roundabout. There is planning permission for seven industrial buildings with a total of 186,000 sq. ft, and 75,000 sq. ft of offices.
