£500,000 quoted for Georgian investment

Hamilton Osborne King is quoting a guideline price of around £500,000 for a Georgian office and residential investment at 129 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, which is to be auctioned on May 7th. The 4,439 sq ft building is partially let and producing an income of £18,706. This is expected to increase to more than £40,000 when fully let. The mid-terrace building is located at the St Stephen's Green end of Baggot Street, adjacent to the Ulster Bank.
