PALMER McCormack is seeking key money of £50,000 for the leasehold interest in O'Connors Jeans shop at the St Stephen's Green Shopping Centre in Dublin. The shop has a floor area of 600 square feet and a mezzanine of 275 square feet. The current rent is £48,850. O'Connor Jeans will continue to trade from five other Dublin stores, including one in Grafton Street.
In Dun Laoghaire, fashion retailer Vero Moda has leased a shop of 1,200 square feet on level two of the shopping centre. Rents in the centre are running at around £25 per square foot. Jones Lang Wootton is the letting agent.
