One of the best commercial sites to come on the market in Cork city in recent years is to be offered for sale today by Harrington Bannon. The 1.45-acre site adjoins Paul Street shopping centre and multi-storey car-park. It is expected to make around £3 million when it is sold by private treaty. It is less than 100 yards from the main shopping areas in Patrick Street and Grand Parade. The site is being sold by commercial printers Guy and Co, a subsidiary of the Clondalkin group, which has relocated to Balincollig. There is an old print works on the site with a floor area of 64,000 square feet.
