Gold items included a 22ct necklace (25.5 grams) €780 (€650-€850); fine gold bangle (35.7 grams) €800 (€800-€1,200); 1oz Krugerrand coin, dated 1978, from South Africa €1,400 (€1,000-€1,500); ruby and diamond bracelet set in 18ct gold €1,150 (€1,000-€1,500); silver medal engraved on the reverse "The Royal Horticultural Society to Mrs Toner for begonias Dublin Show August 1929" sold for €52 (€50-€100).
