THE SOFA Factory (01-4546877) has a new range of eco-friendly and classically-designed woven ticking fabrics.

These upholstery tickings are made from 100 per cent organically-farmed cotton: that’s cotton which has been given a certificate (by the International Working Group on Global Organic Textile Standards) guaranteeing that no environmentally harmful pesticides or chemical products were used in their production.

The Sofa Factory wants to encourage customers to go green and is offering 20 per cent off this range of fabrics. Normally priced at €35 per metre, a special offer (until November 30th) means the ticking costs €28 per metre. Cotton and washable at 30 degrees, it’s ideal for removable covers.

The Scarriff, a two-seater sofa upholstered in navy ticking stripe, is also on special offer: once €1,715, it’s now €995.
