Hamilton Osborne King is quoting a guideline price of £2.25 million for a commercial investment and a development opportunity at 133 Baggot Street, Dublin 2, which goes for sale by tender on June 26th. The 4,000 sq ft Georgian building could be extended, as there is a a rear yard with the property, all subject to planning permission. The sale includes the FXB's restaurant investment, at 1a Pembroke Street, which is currently producing a rent of £32,500. The next review is due in August, 2001. The properties may be sold together or in two lots.
