Hamilton Osborne King is quoting a guideline price of £1 million for the leasehold interest in the Buttery Brasserie, a leading bar and restaurant, in the Royal Hibernian Way, the shopping mall that runs from Grafton Street to Dawson Street in Dublin 2. The premises trades on two floors with a total floor area of 3,262 sq ft. The building is held on a 25-year lease from Friends Provident at a current rent of £95,000 per annum. The business has a full seven-day liquor licence, a restaurant certificate and a dance licence. Paul Collins of the selling agents describes the sale as "a rare opportunity to acquire a prime licensed premises in a tremendous trading pitch along one of Dublin's most fashionable areas". The leasehold interest will be sold by tender on March 31st.
