Prices for one-bedroom units of 530 to 750 sq ft range from £185,000 to £195,000.
There are 32 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments on five levels, with seven apartments on each floor. Aside from location, the main attraction for purchasers will be the first-floor roof garden with lift access from all floors.
The garden, which is south-facing and private, has a pleasing aspect over the backs of the tall period houses on Merrion Square. Units on the upper floors have a panoramic view over the rooftops of the city. Construction is well-advanced and the apartments will be ready to move into by early January.
