15 units left at scheme near Navan

The heavy selling of new homes is not confined to the Dublin area. In Navan, one local estate agent, Smith's, reports a strong demand for a new development, Bailis Manor, at Athlumney, on the outskirts of the town. Only 15 of the houses in the 100-house scheme are still available. Four-bedroom detached homes with 1,345 sq ft and a garage are priced from £135,000 to £150,000 while five-bedroom detached homes with 2,000 sq ft, including a garage, cost £215,000.
